Hello Reader,Each week, I share one strategic insight and one grounding practice to help you grow with AI in alignment, not overwhelm. This is for conscious entrepreneurs who value substance over shortcuts. AI Insight That Matters đĄThe Weight of Too MuchIâve been sitting in the stillness lately, shaping something new. At first, it was just a vast collection. 2,500+ AI prompts gathered over years of exploration. It felt like a treasure trove. But then I noticed something. The treasure felt heavy. Abundance without direction can weigh just as much as not having enough. More options often lead to more hesitation. So I began to arrange the prompts into what I call Pathways. Guided, task-specific toolkits that carry you from blank page to finished outcome: Write a non-fiction book. Map your marketing. Build a digital product, etc. Each step, ready to copy into AI. No decision fatigue. No wandering, or wondering ;). It wasnât about having more. It became about shaping what was already there into something more usable. When that shift happened, the whole collection came alive. More on this soon... AI Prompt That Works â¨Try This with AIIf you have a pile of resources, notes, or ideas, try this with AI: "I have [describe your pile of resources]. Create a step-by-step pathway that takes me from start to finish for [specific outcome]. Each step should be clear, actionable, and ready to copy-paste into AI for execution." Start with one outcome that matters most. Let AI turn your messy pile into a journey. Clarity often emerges when the steps are right in front of you.
Grounding Practice âŻFeel Your Way ThroughClose your eyes. Bring to mind an area of your business or life where you feel surrounded by options. Too many tools, too many ideas, too many directions. Notice where that sensation lands in your body. Is it tightness? Restlessness? A buzzing behind the eyes? Now, imagine a single thread running through the whole pile. A clear path you can simply follow. Feel what shifts in your body as that thread becomes visible. Personal Note â¤ď¸âđĽâOrder is not imposed on the world; it is discovered.â â B.F. Skinner I didnât set out to discover anything this week. I just wanted to build. But something unexpected happened in the quiet rhythm of working on the Co-Intelligence Hubâ˘. There I was, surrounded by thousands of prompts Iâve collected over the years. Years of curiosity, experimentation, breakthroughs. It should have felt powerful. Instead, it felt heavy. I kept opening files and closing them again. Not because they werenât useful. But because they werenât speaking. They were waiting. It wasnât until I started threading them into Pathwaysâgentle, step-by-step arcs for things like writing a book or launching a productâthat something clicked. Not just in the system. In me. I noticed how often I surround myself with âeverything I might need,â without stopping to listen for whatâs actually calling. Those of you who have been on a Zoom with me know how I like to collect all the 'toys'. This week reminded me of something I hadnât seen clearly. Clarity doesnât come from collecting more. It often appears when I take one step in one direction, in trust, in faith, even if it feels uncomfortable, especially when it feels uncomfortable. Thatâs the feeling I want to follow. In my work. In myself. đŹ Latest ContentIâve written more about what Co-Intelligence really is and how itâs reshaping the way we work with AI and self. Thanks for being here. If this resonates, could you share it with someone building something that matters? Please reply and let me know what landed. With love đ |
