What Teaching Really Is

I used to think teaching meant giving people answers.

This week, exploring my Gene Keys for the first time, I've been exporing my Life Purpose, inspiring others, helping people to see the world differently. Not instructing. Not informing. Inspiring.

The distinction matters.

When I teach AI adoption, I'm not transferring knowledge. I'm helping people see themselves and their work differently. That shift in perspective is what changes how they show up in the world. And how they show up changes everything around them.

This is what I call Awaken Truth. It's not about what you know. It's about what you can suddenly see.

Last week, I spoke to Keller Williams leadership about AI adoption. I didn't give them a roadmap. I helped them see possibility where they saw threat. That shift that we all experienced together in the conference room will ripple through thousands of agents, clients, families.

Teaching at scale isn't about reaching more people. It's about creating more moments where truth awakens.

2. Ask yourself: "Am I trying to give answers or awaken possibility?"
3. Notice where you feel the difference in your body
4. Breathe into the space of inspiring rather than instructing
5. Open your eyes and proceed

I've been teaching for over twenty years. Built and ran schools. Coached hundreds of entrepreneurs. Delivered countless trainings.

But this week, something shifted. I began to see my world a little differently.

My work isn't about AI fluency. It's about helping people see what's possible when they stop resisting and start creating. AI is just the catalyst. Awakening is the work.

Speaking virtually to Keller Williams, I felt it. This is what I'm here to do. Not more 1:1 sessions where I solve problems. More moments where people's eyes light up because they just saw something they couldn't see before.
