Hello Reader,Each week, I share one insight, one prompt, and a short grounding practice to help you grow with AI in alignment, not overwhelm. This is for conscious entrepreneurs who value substance over shortcuts. AI Insight That Matters 💡🚂 I'm uncomfortable. That's how I know it's working.I'm writing this on a train to London. In a few hours, I'll be at Thinkers50 with some of the sharpest minds on the planet. I should feel excited. Instead, I feel stretched, nervous, unsettled. I'm a Zoom guy. Home office. Just me and the camera. That's my happy place. I kept telling myself, "If it feels uncomfortable, it's not aligned." Sounds spiritual. Sounds wise. It's also complete nonsense. There are two kinds of discomfort, and I've been confusing them: Discomfort of misalignment drains you. It contracts. Your body knows it's wrong. You're forcing something that doesn't fit. Discomfort of growth stretches you. It's scary but alive. Your system is expanding to hold a bigger version of you. The work that transforms you often IS the work you're here to do. I wasn't avoiding London because it was misaligned. I was avoiding it because it required me to grow beyond the version of myself I've gotten comfortable being. (Wow! Just writing that sentence and reading it back changed something in me!) Same thing happens with AI. You're comfortable with how you've always worked. AI feels unfamiliar, so you call it "not aligned" instead of calling it what it can be: your growing edge. The question isn't "Does this feel comfortable?" The question is "Does this feel alive?" AI Prompt That Works ✨Growth Edge vs. ResistanceUse this when you're avoiding something and you're not sure why. The Prompt: I'm avoiding [specific thing]. Help me explore whether this is misalignment or growth resistance.Ask me these questions one at a time, and wait for my answer before moving to the next:
- When I imagine doing this, where do I feel it in my body?- Does it feel contracting or expanding?- Am I afraid of harm, or afraid of being seen?- If I knew I couldn't fail, would I still avoid it?- What version of me does this require that I'm not yet being?
After I answer all five, show me the pattern you see.How to use it: Answer honestly. Let the AI hold the mirror. You'll know the difference when you see it clearly.
Grounding Practice ☯The Body KnowsNext time you're facing a decision that feels uncomfortable: Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Think about the thing you're avoiding. Notice: Does your body contract inward, get heavy, shut down? That's misalignment. Or does it buzz, get warm, feel scared but expansive? That's growth. Your body knows before your mind does. Trust it. Personal Note ❤️🔥
"The soul should always stand ajar, ready to welcome the ecstatic experience." — Emily Dickinson This week and next I'm delivering a series of AI masterclasses with my friends at Coaching.com. If you're a coach wanting to explore AI integration, you can join us here. What I'm learning through teaching at this scale is that growth isn't linear. It's spiral. I keep meeting the same edges, visibility, scale, being seen, each time from a higher vantage point. London isn't new discomfort. It's the next spiral of the same invitation I've been declining for years: step into the bigger room. AI is showing me that I can maintain presence and depth even when I scale. I can be me, just... me. The question I'm sitting with and the experiment I'm running in my life right now: What becomes possible when I stop resisting and start allowing expansiveness in? I'll let you know what I find out. 🎬 Latest ContentOn YouTubeI break down the tactical implementation on YouTube. Tutorials, detailed guides, and step-by-step frameworks for conscious AI integration. Thanks for being here. If this resonates, share it with someone who would benefit from hearing this. Reply and let me know what landed for you. With love 🙏 P.S. If you're reading this and you've been avoiding your own "London" whatever that is, this is your sign. As Marcus Aurelius said: "The impediment to action advances action. The obstacle, therefore, is the way." |
