Hello Reader,Each week, I share one insight, one prompt, and a short grounding practice to help you grow with AI in alignment, not overwhelm. This is for conscious entrepreneurs who value substance over shortcuts. AI Insight That Matters 💡From User to ArchitectI've been tracking AI agents for a long time. The concept isn't new. But in the last few weeks, something crossed a threshold. The gap between what agents could theoretically do and what they could actually deliver in practice closed. Fast. So I stopped watching and started building. A few weeks ago, I built three websites with AI agents. Zero code. Hours instead of months. Last week, I crossed a line I didn't see coming. I sat down in Claude Code and started building the agents themselves. Not using them. Designing them. I created MCP servers (the connective layer that lets AI talk to your tools, your files, your data). I wrote custom skills that teach AI how to think about specific problems. And then I built something that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. A complete marketing engine. Ten autonomous agents that coordinate together. One does deep market research. Another creates campaign strategy from that research. Another writes landing pages. Another generates ad copy and creative. Another handles email sequences. They talk to each other. They build on each other's outputs. They work as a team. I described my business. They went to work. What came back wasn't generic AI output. It was vivid, specific, strategically coherent work that understood my market, my voice, my positioning. I sat there staring at it thinking: I didn't use a tool. I designed a team. That's the shift I want to share this week. For three years, the AI conversation has been about learning to use these tools. Prompting better. Getting better outputs. Finding the right app for the right job. But something is changing. The conversation is moving from "how do I use AI?" to "how do I design the intelligence my work actually needs?" That's why I shared about the ground shifting beneath our feet last week. You're not the person typing prompts anymore. You're the person deciding what the system thinks about, how it approaches problems, what values guide its decisions. I'm dancing in my seat here because our capcity to be present becomes a superpower here, NOT our technical ability (see my Four Capacities work). For conscious entrepreneurs, this matters deeply: when you design the intelligence, you encode your values into it. Your standards. Your way of seeing. The AI doesn't just produce faster. It produces in alignment with what you actually care about. The world is heading toward AI systems like Jarvis from Iron Man. Tools like OpenClaw are already showing what's possible (though fair warning: it's not ready for anyone who isn't comfortable in a terminal). The trajectory is undeniable. The people who learn to design intelligence, not just use it, are the ones who'll shape what it becomes. AI Prompt That Works ✨Your AI Team BlueprintBefore you build anything with AI, you need to see your business the way an architect sees a building. Not as one thing, but as interconnected systems that each need their own intelligence. This prompt helps you map your business into an agent architecture: a clear document showing which parts of your work could be handled by coordinated AI agents, and what kind of thinking each one needs. The Prompt: I want to think like an AI architect, not just an AI user. Help me map my business into an agent architecture. Here's my business: [describe what you do, who you serve, and your core offers]For each major function of my business (marketing, client delivery, operations, content, sales, research), help me design:1. What a dedicated AI agent for this function would need to know about my business, values, and standards2. What specific tasks this agent would handle autonomously3. What inputs it would need from me (and how often)4. What outputs it would produce5. How it would coordinate with the other agentsDesign this as a practical blueprint I could start building from. Be specific about what each agent does and how they connect.Important: every agent must operate in alignment with my values and voice. This isn't about automation. It's about amplified intelligence. AI that thinks the way I think, at scale. What to expect: You'll get a working blueprint of 5-8 agents mapped to your actual business. Some will feel immediately buildable. Others will show you where your own clarity needs work first, which is equally valuable. Try it today: Pick the part of your business that drains you most. Design that agent first. This week's setup: Claude (Pro), using Claude Code for MCP server creation, custom skill files, and plugin architecture. Grounding Practice ☯Before You Build, Be StillBefore you open any AI tool. Before you start designing, prompting, creating. Take sixty seconds to sit with one question: What is the most important thing I could bring into existence right now? Don't answer it quickly. Let it settle. Notice what arises first (usually the urgent, the profitable, the expected). Then notice what arises beneath that. The answer that matters is rarely the first one. It's the one that feels quiet and certain. Carry that answer into whatever you build next. Personal Note ❤️🔥
"The future is already here. It's just not very evenly distributed." — William Gibson I keep coming back to this line. Because every week right now, I feel it viscerally. I'm sitting inside a shift that most people haven't encountered yet. Not because they can't, but because the tools are moving so fast that even people who work with AI daily are struggling to keep up. Three weeks ago I was experimenting with what agents could do in practice. This week I'm building systems of coordinated intelligence that produce work I couldn't have imagined six months ago. That's not a normal learning curve. That's a different world arriving in real time! This is exactly why Rosario and I built Humane Business. The gap between what's possible and what most business owners know is possible is growing wider by the day. And if no one helps bridge it with integrity, with the human at the centre, then the bridge gets built by people who don't care about that. Our Accelerator programme launches March 26th, designed for established business owners who want to harness this shift without losing what makes their business theirs. And our masterclass series is underway, with future dates still available. If what I've described in the last three newsletters excites you and terrifies you in equal measure, this is the room you want to be in. The ground is still shifting. We're building while it does... 🎬 Latest ContentOn YouTubeI break down the tactical implementation on YouTube. Tutorials, detailed guides, and step-by-step frameworks for conscious AI integration.
