Hello Reader,Each week, I share one insight, one prompt, and a short grounding practice to help you grow with AI in alignment, not overwhelm. This is for conscious entrepreneurs who value substance over shortcuts. AI Insight That Matters 💡Phrase I hear most: "I'm overwhelmed!"I just finished co-leading a 21-day AI implementation intensive. Twenty-one days. Twenty-one minutes per day. That was the commitment. Here's what I expected: people would follow the schedule, complete the exercises, and gradually build confidence with AI. Here's what actually happened: most people fell behind. Way behind. Some were on day 7 when we were on day 15. Some only managed 3-4 sessions per week instead of 7. And here's the part that stopped me cold: those "behind schedule" reported the most massive breakthroughs. Not because they were doing more. Because they kept showing up to do their 21 minutes. Consistently. Without trying to catch up. Without waiting until they had "enough time" to do it properly. The pattern I kept seeing: people would miss a day, feel behind, and instead of abandoning the practice, they'd just do the next 21 minutes. And the next. And the next. The consistency, not the completion, created the transformation. This revealed something I hadn't fully seen before: AI mastery doesn't come from having more time. It comes from using less time more consistently. The paradox is brutal and beautiful. Every single day, there's a tsunami of new AI tools, updates, features, models. The volume creates this unconscious belief that meaningful progress requires massive effort. That you need hours to "keep up." That 21 minutes isn't enough to matter. But what I watched over and over was this: 21 minutes of focused practice beats 3 hours of "staying current" every single time. Because the practice changes how you think. Consumption just fills your head and makes you feel more overwhelmed. The people who transformed weren't the ones who knew the most. They were the ones who practiced one thing until it became unconscious. Then practiced the next thing. Go ask your AI "how do I achieve unconscious competence in AI in 21 days?" if you want to explore the rabbit hole for yourself. Small, repeated, embodied. That's the pathway through the overwhelm. AI Prompt That Works ✨Your Daily Micro-PracticeThe biggest shift happens when you stop trying to learn AI and start practicing one specific thing daily. This prompt helps you identify and commit to your consistent practice. When to use it: When you feel overwhelmed by everything you "should" be learning with AI, or when you're avoiding AI because you don't have "enough time" to engage with it properly. The Prompt: I want to build unconscious competence with AI through focused micro-practice.
My context:- The work I do most often: [describe your core work]- Where I currently lose time or get stuck: [specific friction]- AI tools I have access to: [list them]
Help me identify ONE specific AI micro-practice that:1. Addresses my friction point directly2. Takes 5-10 minutes to execute3. I can repeat daily until it becomes automatic4. Builds a foundational capability I'll use repeatedly
Then explain: What will become unconscious after 7 days of daily practice? What will I be able to do without thinking about it?What to expect: The prompt will give you something almost embarrassingly simple. That's the point. You're not looking for the cleverest technique—you're looking for the one move you can groove into your nervous system through repetition.
Grounding Practice ☯The Commitment BreathThis practice helps you embody the shift from "I need more time" to "I have enough time." The Practice (90 seconds): Place one hand on your heart. Take a slow breath in. As you exhale, say internally: "I have 21 minutes." Notice what comes up. Doubt? Relief? Resistance? Skepticism? Take another breath in. As you exhale, say: "21 minutes is enough." Feel where that lands in your body. Does it feel true? Does it feel like settling? Or does something tighten? One more breath in. Exhale: "I choose consistency over completion." Notice what shifts. Purpose: This isn't about convincing yourself. It's about feeling where the real resistance lives—usually in the belief that small actions don't create significant change. When you feel that resistance, you've found the edge where transformation happens. Personal Note ❤️🔥
"The way out is through." — Robert Frost I've been sitting with this line all week as I build the Coaching in the Age of AI masterclass for Coaching.com, launching in November. The preparation is forcing me to distill everything I've learned into something transmissible. Clean. Essential. What I keep coming back to is this: the coaches who will thrive with AI aren't the ones who learn the most tools. They're the ones who integrate one tool so deeply it becomes invisible. Then the next. Then the next. The 21-day intensive showed me this in real time. The participants who transformed didn't finish everything. They didn't "keep up." They just kept practicing. And somewhere in that consistency, the breakthrough happened. Not because they accumulated knowledge, but because they embodied capability. I'm realizing the masterclass isn't about teaching AI tools. It's about installing the practice of integration. Teaching people how to practice, not just learn. How to embody, not just understand. This is the work that matters. Not staying current. Not knowing everything. But practicing something until it disappears into your nervous system, and you can't remember what it was like before you knew how to do it. That's the consciousness shift. And it only takes 21 minutes at a time. 🎬 Latest ContentOn YouTubeI break down the tactical implementation on YouTube.
